  • The voucher is valid for 2 people for a 2-night stay, from Sunday to Thursday (with departure on Friday).
  • Valid: from November 11, 2026 to December 24, 2027, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
  • Excluding peak periods (24.12.2026–03.01.2027, 14.02.2027, 14.03.2027, 25.03.2027, 28.03.2027, as well as 02.04.–10.10.2027 and 31.10.2027), public holidays and Friday and Saturday nights.
  • Payment terms:
      • Bank transfer: based on the pro forma invoice sent by the hotel, with a 2-day payment deadline
      • SZÉP card
      • Payment by bank card
      • After booking the experience voucher, the full price must be paid within 2 days.
      • The full price is payable in advance at the time of purchase. If you would like the invoice to be issued to a different name or address, please indicate this in the Comments field.
  • Children:
      • Children under 4 stay free of charge in their parents’ room.
      • From the age of 4, the supplement in rooms with an extra bed option (except Deluxe Plus and Luxury) is HUF 15,900 / person / night, and HUF 20,000 / person / night in the Penthouse suites.
  • The price includes accommodation, breakfast, the breakfast service charge and the applicable VAT.
  • The voucher is transferable, but cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts. It is non-refundable.
  • Exchanging the voucher for another room type or upgrading for an additional fee is not possible.
  • The voucher does not include garage use or the tourist tax, which are payable on site.
  • The validity period cannot be extended.
  • The cancellation terms are included in the confirmation sent by reception.
